Trixie Delite is the mascot of Prime Roast
Coffee in Keene, NH. She is a human-sized artist’s
mannequin who greets customers as they enter the shop. While
Judy, the owner of Prime Roast, was away on vacation Trixie
figured she needed a break from the coffee shop as well. The
following pages shows Trixie’s adventures while the boss
was away. Thanks to John, John, Don, Larry and all the local
merchants who made this project quite a success! Enjoy!
